We are requiring face masks to be worn on the show grounds, social distancing.
Only those with medical exceptions are not required to wear a facemask.
You will need to stop at the driveway gate to answer a few Covid related questions before entering the show grounds.
Only 1 trainer and 1 adult/groom per exhibitor. No spectators including extended family members.

A NEGATIVE COGGINS IF NOT ALREADY ON FILE for the 2020 SHOW SEASON MUST BE EMAILED TO no later than 5PM on 09/23/20. Also, a Health Certificate or and Event Permit is required for all horses coming across state lines.
Atlantic Saddle Club is accepting PAYMENT IN ADVANCE ONLY. We accept both GOOGLE PAY and VENMO. Once we receive your pre- registration form will email you the total due. Deadline for payments is 09/23/20 at 5PM.
ADDS or SCRATCHES will be accepted by email before the show OR by TEXT ONLY at the show (757) 288-3738.
BACK NUMBERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT THE SECRETARY TABLE WHEN YOU ARRIVE- They will be prepacked in Ziploc bags.
